Automated Group Administration (AGA) utilizes Benefit Informatics’ Data Analysis and Reporting applications to analyze plan utilization, including identifying cost drivers and opportunities to control costs. Using both standard and ad-hoc/customized analysis technology, AGA can provide their customers and brokers with analysis and reporting at the group, plan and individual member level. This technology allows Automated Group Administration to show their self-funded employer customers exactly where they are spending their health benefit dollars, including key procedures, diagnosis, providers and high cost individuals.
