Benefit Informatics offers a variety of implementation options when integrating customer data into our data warehouse. We begin with a Base Integration, which requires paid claim and eligibility information for standard implementation. This level of information is necessary to effectively operate Data Analysis and Reporting applications.

To enhance and enrich your data warehouse and to allow additional reporting and communication functionality, customers may choose to add other types and sources of data, including:

  • In-process claims
  • PBM/RX claims
  • Fixed cost and fee information
  • Reinsurance reimbursement amounts
  • Precertification details
  • Case management notes
