Additionally, we contribute $325 per month to each associate’s Health Reimbursement Account.

Benefit Informatics believes in investing in our associates’ financial security. Join our team and we will invest in your retirement security with a one percent 401(k) company contribution for all associates. Additionally, we will match 50 percent of the first six percent that each associate contributes to his or her 401(k) plan.

Time away from work to be with family and friends or to pursue personal interests is important to maintain our associate’s well being. In addition to 10 vacation days each year, Benefit Informatics also observes 10 holidays each year. We observe the following six major holidays:
